Ingredients:

1/2 cup of cubed sliced pineapples

2 cups or 2 pouches of Organic Tandoori Rice

2 Stalks of Spring Onions/cut

1 Sweet Red Pepper

1/2 cup of Just Egg- Vegan (optional)

Steamed Broccoli

Toasted Sesame Oil

This one is simple, after the rice is cooked combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and sautée on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Season to your liking and serve as a side dish or add tofu and create a main course.
